Avalon Beach Church ended it’s 5th season on the 30th Street beach last Sunday over Labor Day weekend. We closed 5 straight seasons without having to cancel our service once because of the weather. I looked at the weather forcast for tomorrow (Sunday) in Avalon and there is an 80% chance of rain and wind!
For those of you who are at the glorious Jersey Shore this weekend, I am sorry! It seems that the key to good weather at the beach may very well be ABC!
All kidding aside, I already miss our time worshipping Jesus in that beautiful sanctuary. We look forward to seeing you there again for our 6th season starting on Father’s Day – June 16, 2019.
